Bio

Author Cynthia L. Hall began conjuring up stories in her mind as far back as she can remember. Putting pencil to paper came as early as first grade when the class was asked to put a picture book together.

When her third grade teacher asked the class to read a play and write a review, Cynthia asked if she could write a play instead. Her teacher encouraged the endeavor. She has been writing short stories since.

Cynthia expanded her writing when she became a freelance photojournalist, writing feature and business articles for area newspapers.

She began work on her debut novel, Secret Sacrifices, while working for a local sheriff’s department, which helped in sharpening the detail of the thriller. She is currently at work on her sequel.
